A fazenda possui uma serra (chapada) a oeste; a leste separada por apenas 3 km encontra-se a represe de Três Marias (Rio São Francisco); a norte/fundo da fazenda, sem acesso a demais propriedades.
Altitude: A parte da chapada (130 ha agricultável) tem altitude média de 950 metros; a parte baixa da fazenda tem altitude 800 metros.

A OESTE #150; Presença da serra vermelha (Chapada), na qual a parte de cima da serra (mesa) pertence a fazenda e não existe necessidade de cerca, pois do outro lado é um paredão.
A NORTE #150; Divisa pelo córrego (necessidade de reforma de parte da cerca).
A LESTE - Divisa seca e divisa por córrego (necessidade de reforma de parte da cerca).
A SUL (entrada da fazenda) #150; Divisa predominante por córrego (maior parte da cerca feita recentemente; falta fazer um trecho).
Estradas e acessos: A fazenda possui 25 km de estrada interna (passou por manutenção recente) com carregadeira e patrol). Todos os pastos são acessados de carro.

Historical economic activity of the farm: beef cattle farming.
The farm is crossed by (2) two main streams that are formed by
other (4) four streams).
Soil characteristics: The farm has 130 hectares of plateau with 58% clay and the rest of the area
arable land has an average clay content of 20%.
Water regime in the region: 1,100 mm/annual (October/April).
The farm has a mountain range (chapada) to the west; to the east separated by just 3 km is the Três Marias dam (São Francisco River); to the north/back of the farm, without access to other properties.
Altitude: The part of the plateau (130 arable ha) has an average altitude of 950 meters; the lower part of the farm has an altitude of 800 meters.
Farm boundary fences:
TO THE WEST #150; Presence of the red mountain range (Chapada), in which the top part of the mountain range (mesa) belongs to the farm and there is no need for a fence, as on the other side there is a wall.
TO THE NORTH #150; Boundary by the stream (need to repair part of the fence).
TO THE EAST - Dry boundary and stream boundary (need to renovate part of the fence).
TO THE SOUTH (farm entrance) #150; Predominant boundary by stream (most of the fence recently built; a section still needs to be built).
Roads and access: The farm has 25 km of internal road (recently maintained) with loader and patrol). All pastures are accessed by car.
Electricity is 2 km from the farm, on the property next door.
The farm does not yet have a main house or corral.
